The Agriculture Diversification and Development (ADD) Fund Committee is scheduled to meet on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at 8:30 a.m. at the Medora Community Center in Medora, North Dakota. This important meeting brings together committee members to review business proposals, assess funding applications, and make key decisions on agriculture project investments across the state.
The meeting will open with a business session that includes approval of minutes, financial reviews, and discussions on application guidelines and eligibility questions.
Several business proposals from different agricultural enterprises are on the agenda. Each applicant will present their project details and funding requests, covering diverse areas within agriculture. The scheduled presentations include:
- Holle Farms, Mandan — Project cost: $6,000,000, Requested funding: $500,000
- Dakota SAO, LLP, Cando — Project cost: $1,500,000, Requested funding: $500,000
- KBK Farms, Anamoose — Project cost: $635,000, Requested funding: $200,000
- Anchor Ingredients Co., LLC, Hatton — Project cost: $198,600, Requested funding: $99,300
- Northland Sires, Inc/NSI Properties, LLC, Kathryn — Project cost: $2,416,000, Requested funding: $500,000
- Wanzek Dairy Inc., Cleveland — Project cost: $353,969, Requested funding: $100,000
- Richter Farms, LLP, Menoken — Project cost: $469,234, Requested funding: $187,694
- JR Composting LLC, Bathgate — Project cost: $1,280,000, Requested funding: $500,000
Breaks are planned during the meeting, with a working lunch scheduled at 12:10 p.m. The committee will make funding decisions at 1:00 p.m. before concluding the meeting at 2:00 p.m.
