Agriculture Recruiter Gets Recognition Award

Agriculture Recruiter Gets Recognition Award

By Scout Nelson

Spencer Jones from Belvue has been recognized for outstanding performance in membership recruitment by earning the Recruiter of the Quarter honor. This award was given for successfully enrolling the highest number of new members in the association between March and May. The achievement highlights strong dedication toward expanding and strengthening the agriculture community.

As part of this recognition, Spencer Jones will receive a $250 Bass Pro Shops or Cabela’s gift card. The award not only celebrates individual effort but also encourages others to actively participate in building a stronger network within the agricultural sector.

During the quarter, a total of 16 new members joined the association. This growth reflects increased interest and engagement among individuals in the farming and agriculture community. Recruiting new members is important because it helps improve communication, knowledge sharing, and collaboration among members.

All the new recruits added during this period will also contribute to the annual KLA Top Hand Contest. This contest is sponsored by John Deere and aims to reward members who actively support the organization’s growth. Winners of the contest will be announced in November at the KLA Convention and Expo, adding excitement and motivation for participants.

The association encourages all members to invite other producers to join and take part in its activities. By increasing membership, the organization becomes stronger and more effective in supporting agricultural development and community growth.

To support recruitment efforts, helpful materials and tools are available online. Members can easily access these resources and guide others through the registration process. Interested individuals can visit the website.

Recognition programs like the Recruiter of the Quarter award play a key role in motivating members. They highlight success stories and inspire others to contribute actively. Spencer Jones’s achievement serves as a strong example of dedication and commitment to growing the agricultural community.
