Boost 2025 soybean yield

By Scout Nelson

Soybean producers, crop advisers, and those interested in research-based recommendations for soybean production are invited to attend the "Getting It Right: Soybean" webinar on Dec. 10 from 8:30 a.m. to noon.

Hosted online via Zoom, this event is organized by North Dakota State University (NDSU) Extension with support from the North Dakota Soybean Council.

This webinar provides a great opportunity to learn about the latest research and practical recommendations that can help improve soybean production decisions for the 2025 growing season.

A variety of key topics will be covered, including soybean variety selection, soil fertility management, and plant protection strategies for managing weeds, diseases, and insects. Market insights will also be shared, helping farmers make well-informed decisions as they plan for next year.

The event will feature presentations from NDSU Extension specialists, each followed by a Q&A session. This allows participants to ask questions directly to experts, providing a more personalized learning experience.

There is no charge to attend, but registration is required. Interested individuals can register and view a detailed list of topics and presenters at ndsu.ag/GIRsoybeans. All registered participants will receive step-by-step instructions via email on how to join the webinar.

Additionally, the webinar will be recorded and archived, offering attendees the chance to revisit the material whenever needed. For those working toward certification, Certified Crop Adviser (CCA) continuing education credits will also be available.

This informative session promises to equip soybean producers with the essential knowledge to make 2025 their most productive season yet. Don’t miss out on this valuable opportunity to get research-backed insights and practical advice.
