FFA Service Awards Celebrate Young Leaders

FFA Service Awards Celebrate Young Leaders

By Andi Anderson

The McLean County Farm Bureau recently announced the winners of the 2025 FFA Service Awards. These awards are given every year to recognize one outstanding member from each local FFA chapter. Students are honored for their strong leadership and continued service to their FFA chapter, school, and community.

For 2025, the recipients include:

  • Drake Hardesty, Blue Ridge
  • Emma Ioerger, El Paso-Gridley
  • Emma Quinton, Heyworth
  • Claire Kuipers, LeRoy
  • Cori Pearce, Lexington
  • Eva Jensen, Normal
  • Alex Caruthers, Normal West
  • Anna Gordon, Olympia
  • Elizabeth Ellis, Prairie Central
  • Rylee Kukuck, Ridgeview
  • Zoey McCartney, Tri-Valley FFA

Each winner was nominated by their agriculture teacher who recognized their commitment and active participation in FFA projects, events, and community activities. The awards are presented during each school’s chapter banquet, a celebration of students' hard work and success in agricultural education.

The FFA Service Awards are a great way to support and inspire young people involved in agriculture. By recognizing their service and leadership, the community helps encourage more students to take part in agricultural development and community outreach.

These awards show the important role of FFA in shaping future leaders and promoting values of responsibility, teamwork, and service. Students gain real-world experience while helping others and contributing to their communities.

McLean County Farm Bureau congratulates all the 2025 winners and celebrates their achievements as future leaders in agriculture and service.
