The Ohio AgriBusiness Association (OABA) is set to host its annual Industry Conference from January 28-30, 2025, at the Renaissance Columbus Westerville-Polaris Hotel. This year’s theme, “On the Horizon,” will guide discussions aimed at equipping agribusiness professionals with the latest insights and strategies to address industry challenges and opportunities.

“We’re thrilled to bring Ohio’s agribusiness community together for the 2025 Industry Conference, where we’ll set our sights ‘On the Horizon,’” said Melinda Witten, OABA's president and CEO. “This year’s program is crafted to provide our members with cutting-edge insights and actionable strategies to tackle emerging challenges and capitalize on the vast opportunities ahead. With an agenda full of engaging sessions, in-depth discussions and unparalleled networking, we’re confident that attendees will leave empowered and prepared to drive Ohio’s agribusiness industry toward the future.”

The agenda covers a wide range of relevant topics, including global and regional crop outlooks, H2A labor policies, the impact of weather and non-point source pollution on agriculture, and managing legacy phosphorus. Additional sessions will address renewable energy trends, grain warehousing regulations, demand for storage, building a safety-focused workplace culture, and insurance strategies for broader coverage at lower premiums.

With ample networking opportunities and interactive discussions, OABA aims to empower participants with actionable knowledge, helping them shape the future of Ohio’s agribusiness industry.
