The Kansas Corn Growers Association (KCGA) held its annual meeting during the Kansas Corn Symposium, where members elected representatives for key district board positions and approved 2025 KCGA resolutions.
A newly elected representative will serve the southeast district, replacing a retiring board member. The south central and southwest district representatives were reelected, ensuring continuity in leadership. KCGA members also received updates from the National Corn Growers Association, highlighting key legislative and industry developments.
Following the annual meeting, the board conducted its reorganizational session, where the current officer slate was reelected. The 2025 KCGA board will continue to focus on advocacy, policy development, and industry promotion.
Established in 1975, KCGA is celebrating 50 years of representing corn growers in legislative and regulatory issues, ensuring Kansas corn remains a key player in the agricultural sector. The organization continues to support producers, promote corn-based products, and advance industry research.
With leadership in place, the association remains committed to addressing industry challenges, advocating for favorable policies, and ensuring the sustainability of Kansas corn production.
