Leadership Change at Kansas Foundation

Leadership Change at Kansas Foundation

By Scout Nelson

The Kansas Chamber Education Foundation has announced the appointment of Tiffany Hall as its new Executive Director. In this role, she will oversee the Foundation’s programs and provide leadership for its key initiatives, including Leadership Kansas, the Kansas Manufacturing Council, the Kansas Retail Council, and the Kansas Military and Veterans Affairs Council.

Hall will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the organization while managing its financial and operational activities. She will also serve as the main point of contact for the Foundation’s Board of Directors and the Leadership Kansas Board of Advisors. Her role includes ensuring that programs remain effective, relevant, and financially stable. In addition, she will guide leadership development programs, manage alumni engagement, and strengthen sponsor relationships across the state.

“Tiffany brings a deep understanding of Kansas’ business community and a proven ability to connect leaders, ideas, and opportunity,” said Eric Stafford, President and CEO of the Kansas Chamber. “Her experience building programs, managing complex organizations, and working alongside business and civic leaders across the state makes her exceptionally well-suited to lead the Kansas Chamber Education Foundation and its flagship initiatives.”

Hall brings over 25 years of leadership experience across various sectors, including chambers of commerce, economic development, healthcare philanthropy, and workforce initiatives. Before this role, she served as Vice President of Membership at the Lawrence Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Corporation, where she supported regional economic growth and workforce priorities.

Her professional journey also includes leadership positions at LMH Health Foundation, Stormont Vail Healthcare, and the Greater Topeka Partnership. In these roles, she contributed to developing professional programs and securing sponsorships that supported community and workforce initiatives.

“I am honored to step into this role and continue advancing the mission of the Kansas Chamber Education Foundation,” Hall said. “Kansas has strong leaders across every region, and I look forward to working with our boards, alumni, and partners to expand opportunity and leadership development statewide.”

The organization also acknowledged Amy Billquist for serving as Interim Executive Director of Leadership Kansas and ensuring program continuity during the transition period.
