Network and Play At ODPA Golf Outing

By Andi Anderson

The ODPA Golf Outing is an exciting event inviting participants to enjoy a day filled with golf, networking, and community support. Scheduled for June 26 at the Pines Golf Club in Orrville, the event offers a great opportunity for individuals and teams to come together for both recreation and fundraising.

The event schedule is designed to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience. Registration begins at 8:00 a.m., followed by a shotgun start at 9:00 a.m. This format allows all teams to start simultaneously, making the event organized and engaging for everyone involved.

Participants can look forward to a range of activities throughout the day. In addition to playing golf, attendees can take part in contests such as Closest to the Pin and Longest Drive. Prizes will also be awarded to the top three teams, adding a competitive and fun element to the event.

The registration fee includes several benefits that enhance the overall experience. Participants will receive green fees, a golf cart, breakfast, lunch, and two beer tickets per person. The cost is set at $100 per individual, while a team of four can register for $375, offering a small discount for group participation.

This event is suitable for everyone, whether they are experienced golfers or beginners. Even those who simply wish to enjoy the outdoor environment and socialize are encouraged to participate. The friendly and relaxed atmosphere ensures that all attendees can have a memorable time.

Beyond recreation, the main purpose of the event is to raise funds and support ODPA initiatives. By participating, individuals contribute to meaningful causes while also building connections with others in a positive setting.
