Farmers in the Central District will have an opportunity to learn important production and safety updates during the Cass County Outlook PARP meeting scheduled for December 16, 2025.
The event will run from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. EST at the Cass County Fairgrounds, located at 2281 E County Road 125 N in Logansport, Indiana.
The meeting aims to support farmers with clear, practical information that strengthens on-farm decision-making and promotes safe agricultural practices.
This PARP session will cover several valuable topics that are essential for today’s farming environment. These include Stored Grain Quality, Stored Grain Safety, and tips for Avoiding Pesticide and Fertilizer Complaints. Participants will also receive a 2025 Regulatory Update, helping them stay aware of the laws and policies that affect daily farm operations.
In addition, farmers will hear insights from Purdue experts through the Purdue Ag Outlook, which will focus on expected market trends and economic conditions for the coming year.
The meeting will also offer helpful information on Grain Marketing strategies to support profitable decision-making in changing markets. Another important topic is Crop Insurance, with guidance to help producers choose coverage that protects their operations against unexpected risks.
