The Trumbull County Farm Bureau is set to host its 2025 Current Issues Lunch and Learn, bringing together farmers, community members, local leaders, and elected officials to discuss key matters impacting agriculture and rural life.
This event offers a valuable opportunity for participants to engage in discussions that help shape policies for a sustainable agricultural future.
The Lunch and Learn will take place on Thursday, July 31, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Bortnick Tractor, 6192 Warren Road, Cortland. The event will begin with a welcome at 11 a.m., followed by a Current Issues Presentation at 11:15 a.m., which will focus on pressing agricultural topics and community concerns.
After the presentation, a Lunch and Open Discussion will be held at 12 p.m., allowing attendees to share insights and contribute to meaningful dialogue.
This luncheon serves as more than just a networking event — it’s a platform where farmers, policymakers, and community stakeholders can voice concerns, learn about industry developments, and work together toward common goals.
The exchange of ideas aims to address challenges faced by the agricultural community and highlight opportunities for growth and improvement.
Participation is highly encouraged, but due to limited seating, RSVPs are required by Monday, July 28. Interested individuals can register online, call 440.426.2195, or email trumbull@ofbf.org to secure their spot.
The Trumbull County Farm Bureau looks forward to a productive discussion that will help strengthen the agriculture sector and support local communities. By joining this event, participants will play a part in shaping the future of farming in Ohio.
