While Ag Progress Days showcases the latest in agricultural technology, the Pasto Agricultural Museum offers a refreshing change of pace. This tranquil haven, located at the heart of the event, invites visitors to explore the rich tapestry of agricultural history.

Rita Graef, the museum's director, emphasizes the museum's role in connecting the past with the present. "the museum's exhibits, programs and demonstrations provide an understanding of local and regional history, where food comes from, and the inventions and technology that have made food production on a large scale possible," she explains.
This year, the Pasto Museum is collaborating with the Penn State Student Farm to host family-friendly activities as part of the "Growing Together: BEANanza" series. Additionally, Penn State University Press will be on-site with a selection of agricultural books, and an "Ag Lit Day" event is planned for Thursday, August 15.
