Celebrate Agricultural Conservation at ACAP 2025 Awards

The second annual ACAP Agricultural Conservation Conference is set to take place in Harrisburg from April 1-3, 2025, and nominations for this year’s awards are now being accepted.

The deadline for submissions is midnight on Monday, March 24, 2025. Winners will be recognized at the awards banquet on Wednesday, April 2.

This year, six award categories are available:

  • Rookie of the Year - Recognizing new professionals making a significant impact.
  • ACAP MVP Award - Honoring an outstanding individual contributing to agricultural conservation.
  • ACAP Team Collaboration Award - Celebrating a team’s exceptional joint efforts.
  • Partnership Award - Acknowledging partnerships that enhance conservation efforts.
  • Innovative ACAP Project Award - Highlighting creative and effective conservation projects.
  • Best ACAP Project Photo Award - Showcasing impactful conservation work through photography.

Detailed descriptions of each award are available in the ACAP SharePoint folder, accessible via the Center for Agricultural Conservation Assistance Training's homepage. Nominations can be submitted online, and individuals may submit multiple nominations.

Additionally, nominees for ACAP awards may also be eligible for Pennsylvania Association of Conservation District (PACD) annual awards, which are open for nominations until April 30, 2025.
