Discover agriculture at Farm Show with passport program

Discover agriculture at Farm Show with passport program

By Blake Jackson

The Agricultural Conservation Passport program is designed for new conservation professionals, offering a valuable opportunity to enhance Agricultural Literacy through hands-on learning.

Participants will visit various organizations and vendors across the Farm Show, gaining practical experience while expanding their knowledge.

This program is an excellent way to develop essential skills and engage with top agricultural organizations, fostering valuable networking opportunities.

The adventure begins at Farm Show booth 2302, located inside the Giant Exposition Hall, where participants can pick up their passport.

The passport includes fourteen designated stops, each providing unique insights into different areas of agricultural operations.

To earn a completion prize, participants must visit at least eight of these stops, writing down a response in their passport at each location.

After completing the required stops, participants should return to booth 2302 to claim their completion prize, recognizing their commitment to learning.

This incentive serves not only as a reward but also encourages ongoing engagement with conservation practices, empowering individuals to continue their professional growth in agriculture.

By taking part in the Agricultural Conservation Passport program, participants will gain valuable knowledge and skills, contributing to a more sustainable and informed agricultural community.
