Scheduled for Thursday, April 24, 2025, from 7:30 to 8:30 PM, this virtual event offers valuable insights for anyone involved in raising small ruminants.

The featured speaker for the evening is Dr. Cody Gifford, Assistant Professor of Meat Science at the University of Wyoming. Dr. Gifford will share his expertise on evaluating carcass characteristics and improving product quality to help producers deliver top-tier meat to market.

Whether you are new to small ruminants or looking to fine-tune your production practices, this webinar offers clear, research-based guidance.

Participation in the webinar is free, but registration is required to attend. Open to producers across Wisconsin, this online session covers a wide geographic area including counties from Adams and Ashland to Winnebago and Wood.
