Join for a day of networking and collaboration aimed at farmers, rural landowners, and aspiring agriculturalists in our region.
This event, co-hosted by Schoharie Ag Development, New York Farm Bureau, Cornell Cooperative Extension, SUNY Cobleskill's Institute for Rural Vitality, NYSERDA, and National Grid, will focus on key topics that matter most to the agricultural community.
Scheduled for Tuesday, February 18, 2025, the event will feature a dynamic agenda beginning with registration at 8:30 AM.
The Vendor Expo will be open from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, offering valuable opportunities for attendees to explore agricultural technologies and solutions.
Following the welcome address, two breakout sessions will cover topics such as clean energy solutions for greenhouses and controlled environment agriculture (CEA), farm diversification, renewable energy support for New York farms, and more.
At 12:00 PM, attendees will enjoy a lunch session with members of the New York Farm Bureau’s public policy department, who will update attendees on the latest agricultural legislative issues in the state.
The afternoon will offer more networking opportunities with vendors and speakers until the Vendor Expo closes at 4:00 PM.
