The Missouri Farm Bureau Political Action Committee has endorsed Ann Wagner for reelection to the United States House of Representatives in Missouri’s Second Congressional District.
The endorsement was approved by the Missouri Farm Bureau for PAC trustees representing the district. Organization leaders said Wagner has consistently supported agriculture and rural economic development during her time in Congress.
“Congresswoman Wagner has been a consistent and effective advocate for Missouri agriculture,” said Garrett Hawkins. “She understands the importance of a strong agricultural economy and has supported policies that promote growth, reduce regulatory burdens and expand opportunities for farmers and agribusinesses. Her leadership and commitment to our members make her a strong voice for Missouri in Congress.”
Wagner has served in the U.S. House of Representatives since 2013. Before serving in Congress, she worked as the United States Ambassador to Luxembourg. During her time in office, she has supported policies connected to agriculture, rural businesses, and economic growth across Missouri communities.
The Missouri Farm Bureau Political Action Committee said Wagner’s record of supporting farmers and agribusinesses played an important role in the endorsement decision. Agricultural organizations continue to focus on policies that improve market opportunities, strengthen rural economies, and reduce unnecessary regulations affecting producers.
Wagner has also received multiple “Friend of Farm Bureau” awards from the American Farm Bureau Federation for her support of agricultural issues and legislation important to farmers and ranchers.
Missouri Farm Bureau PAC trustees are selected by county Farm Bureau organizations throughout the state. The organization works to support candidates and policies that align with the interests of Missouri agriculture and rural communities.
Supporters said the endorsement reflects Wagner’s long-standing relationship with Missouri farmers and her continued focus on agricultural priorities in Washington.
