By Blake Jackson

The 43rd Annual Winter Conference hosted by New York will take place on Saturday, January 18, 2025, at SUNY Morrisville.

This year’s conference will focus on fostering resilience in the face of a changing climate, offering attendees an opportunity to explore over 25 educational workshops and events.

One of the highlights will be the Farmer of the Year keynote, which promises to inspire and inform participants.

In addition, the event will feature an engaging trade show, evening entertainment, and the "In Living Color" BIPOC Affinity Space, fostering inclusivity and diversity within the agricultural community.

The conference will host a wide range of workshops, addressing topics such as financial planning, farmworker housing, and agroforestry, ensuring there’s something for everyone.

A variety of companies and organizations will be represented on the trade show floor, including the New York Center for Agricultural Medicine and Health, Johnny’s Selected Seeds, and USDA NRCS.

Registration is now open, with discounted rates available for NOFA-NY members. Member registration is $100, while full-price registration is $120.
