Join Farmers and Experts at 2026 Midwest Crops Conference

By Blake Jackson

The Midwest Crops Conference is set for January 20-21, 2026, at the Stoney Creek Hotel & Conference Center in St. Joseph, Missouri.

The two-day event will bring together farmers, agronomists, Extension educators, researchers, and agricultural industry professionals from across the region to focus on the future of crop production.

The conference is designed to deliver practical, research-based information that can be applied directly in the field. Attendees will hear from experienced speakers representing universities, Extension services, and the ag industry through keynote presentations and targeted breakout sessions.

Topics will cover emerging crop technologies, pest and disease management, soil health, climate resilience, input cost strategies, and current market trends affecting Midwest farms.

In addition to educational programming, the event offers valuable networking opportunities. Participants will have time to connect with fellow producers, consultants, and exhibitors, exchange ideas, and build professional relationships. Certified Crop Advisers and other agricultural professionals can also earn continuing education units during the conference.

Whether you are an experienced grower, new to crop production, or support agriculture through research or services, the Midwest Crops Conference provides an opportunity to stay informed, gain insights, and strengthen connections within the agricultural community.
