This session is designed to provide sheep and goat producers with valuable insights into utilizing genetic testing to improve their breeding and management practices.

Led by Austin Brown, Penn State Extension Program Associate in Small Ruminants, the webinar will cover a range of topics, including:

  • Understanding different types of genetic tests and their applications.

By attending, participants can gain practical knowledge on how to effectively integrate genetic testing into their breeding programs to enhance productivity and sustainability.

The webinar will focus on making informed decisions about which genetic tests are most relevant to their specific goals.
